| The Property Management team / department provides the following services:
- Managing the leasing of residential, industrial, commercial and institutional properties.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of managed properties.
- Handling the financial aspects of property management such as collecting rent, paying bills, preparing lease agreements and conflict resolution in line with applicable laws and legislations.
- Supervising and coordinating commercial tenant mix modalities and fit-outs on shopping malls.
- Provide periodic status and performance reports to property owners, tenants and stakeholders.
- Liaising with tenants regarding maintenance issues.
- Providing property advice to landlords.
- The department’s role is to ensure that Landlords get a good return from their investments.
